Beacons are a new way to navigate your floor plan. Drop named markers anywhere on the canvas to quickly jump to key areas. Clicking a beacon pans the canvas directly to that spot. You can add, rename, delete, recolor, and toggle beacon visibility. Beacons also support defined areas: set a saved zoom and viewport for each beacon, then use it as a custom export region when downloading your plan.
Vizis running older canvas versions now display an upgrade banner. Upgrading unlocks Magic Edit for room and moodboard designs, and canvasless mode for floor plans and elevations.
You can now turn off the thicker visual styling applied to external plan walls in floor plans, making all walls the same thickness
Several bugs in the Add Room flow on mobile have been resolved, making it easier to add rooms to your floorplan from a phone or tablet.
The canvas-less floorplan is now available to everyone. You're no longer limited to a specific area when building your plans — design as big as you need and customize the scale as you work.

Floorplan drawing now automatically snaps to the nearest wall, corner, or junction, making it easier to create precise, clean layouts.
The ruler and wall drawing tools in the Visualizer now snap to the x/y axis by default for cleaner, straighter lines. Hold Shift to draw freeform at any angle.
